Getting email to sync between iPad, iPhone and computer

When using email on a portable device it is important that it works seamlessly with your computer and messages deleted on one are deleted on the other and so on.  When setting up an email account make sure that you are using an IMAP protocol and not POP. If for example you are setting up ozemail, do a search for 'ozemail ios IMAP' (ios is the Apple portable operating system).

The first item is Email settings iiHelp (iiNet owns ozemail) which has this chart of all their email services. Once you have the magic word IMAP, you can find the settings you are looking for. In email settings you are asked for Incoming and Outgoing email settings.
